# Courts Act 2003, Paragraph 413


(1) Amend section 141 (rules of procedure) as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), for “The Lord Chancellor may make rules” substitute “ Family Procedure Rules may make provision ”.
(3) Omit subsection (2).
