  "text": "In this Part “criminal court” means—\n(a) the criminal division of the Court of Appeal;\n(b) when dealing with any criminal cause or matter—\n(i) the Crown Court;\n(ii) a magistrates' court.\n(c) the High Court in relation to its jurisdiction under the Extradition Act 2003.",
