  "text": "(1) A person holding any of the following offices—\n(a) district judge, including district judge of the principal registry of the Family Division;\n(b) Master of the Queen’s Bench Division;\n(c) Master of the Business and Property Division;\n(d) Insolvency and Companies Court Judge;\n(e) Taxing Master of the Senior Courts;\n(f) Admiralty Registrar,\nshall take the oath of allegiance and the judicial oath before a judge of the High Court or a Circuit judge.\n(2) The Promissory Oaths Act 1868 shall have effect as if the offices listed in the Second Part of the Schedule to that Act included those offices.",
