  "heading": "Amendments to the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) Fees Order 2009",
  "text": "(1) The Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) Fees Order 2009 is amended as follows.\n(2) In article 4 (fees payable), for “the Schedule”, substitute “Schedule 1”.\n(3) Omit article 7 and the heading to that article.\n(4) After article 7, insert—\n“Remissions and part remissions\n7A. Schedule 2 applies for the purpose of ascertaining whether a party is entitled to a remission or part remission of a fee prescribed by this Order.”.\n(5) Omit article 8.\n(6) Number the Schedule (fees to be taken in the Lands Chamber of the Upper Tribunal) as Schedule 1.\n(7) After Schedule 1 (fees to be taken in the Lands Chamber of the Upper Tribunal) as numbered by this Order, insert the Schedule to this Order, numbered as Schedule 2.",
