# The Courts Boards (Appointments and Procedure) Regulations 2004, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
“courts board area” means the area to which a courts board relates, as specified and named in an order made under section 4 of the Act;
“the Act” means the Courts Act 2003.
