  "text": "(1) The Courts-Martial Appeal Rules 1968 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) For the definition of legal adviser in paragraph (3)(c) of rule 8C there is substituted—\n“(c) is a member of the Bar of Northern Ireland or a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Northern Ireland; or”",
