# The Courts-Martial Appeal (Amendment) Rules 1997, Article 2


The Courts-Martial Appeal Rules 1968 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Rules and, in those provisions, any reference to a rule, Schedule or Form by number alone shall be construed as a reference to the rule, Schedule or Form so numbered in the 1968 Rules.
