# The Courts-Martial Appeal (Amendment) Rules 1997, Article 3


In the definition of ‘prisoner of war’ in rule 2, for the words from ‘means’ to ‘Schedule 3 to’ substitute ‘has the same meaning as in section 7(1) of’.
