  "text": "(1) A person may, with the leave of the Appeal Court, appeal against the making by the Court Martial of an order within subsection (2) in respect of him.\n(2) The orders are—\n(a) a hospital order;\n(b) an interim hospital order;\n(c) a service supervision order (as defined by section 170 of the 2006 Act).",
