Article 32 The judge advocate

(1)

The judge advocate shall conduct the court-martial in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

(2)

The judge advocate shall ensure that a proper record of the proceedings is made, in sufficient detail to enable the reviewing authority to follow the course of the proceedings.
