# The Courts-Martial (Royal Navy) Rules 1997, Article 20: Transcript of interview


(1) Where an interview with an accused has been recorded on tape he may at any time apply in writing to the court administration officer for a transcript of that interview or any part of it.
(2) Where an application is made under paragraph (1) above, the transcript shall be supplied to the accused as soon as is reasonably practicable.
