# The Courts-Martial (Royal Navy) Rules 1997, Article 79: Revocation and savings


The Naval Courts-Martial General Orders (Royal Navy) 1991 are hereby revoked, save that they shall continue to apply in relation to any trial by a court-martial which commenced before 1st April 1997 until the conclusion of that trial.
