  "text": "(1) The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service may pay to a Senator of the College of Justice such sums as it may determine in respect of expenses reasonably incurred by the Senator in the performance of, or in connection with, the Senator's duties.\n(2) The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service may—\n(a) determine the circumstances in which sums may be paid, and\n(b) determine different circumstances for—\n(i) different Senators,\n(ii) different descriptions of Senators,\n(iii) the different duties of Senators.",
