# Covert Human Intelligence Sources (Criminal Conduct) Act 2021, Paragraph 14


In Schedule 1 (the National Crime Agency and its officers), in paragraph 6A, after sub-paragraph (3)(a)(ii) insert—
“(iia) section 29B (covert human intelligence sources: criminal conduct);”.
