# Covert Human Intelligence Sources (Criminal Conduct) Act 2021, Paragraph 5


(1) Section 33A (further provision about granting authorisations in cases where the National Crime Agency is party to a collaboration agreement) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2), for “or 29” substitute “ , 29 or 29B ”.
(3) In subsection (3), for “or 29” substitute “ , 29 or 29B ”.
(4) In subsection (4), for “or 29” substitute “ , 29 or 29B ”.
