# The Cowes Harbour (Constitution) Revision Order 2001, Paragraph 2


The first chairman appointed under article 5(2) above shall, subject to paragraph 7 below, and unless he resigns his office as chairman or ceases to be a member, continue in office as chairman until his initial term of office as a Commissioner has expired.
