  "text": "As from the 7th December 1988, in section 21 of the 1897 Act (mode of supplying occasional vacancies), in subsection (3) for the words from “the Admiralty” to “Association” there shall be substituted the words “the ferry service operator, the operators of Medina wharf or the Royal Yachting Association”.",
