Article 21 Commercial activities

If it conduces to the efficient and economical performance by the Commissioners of the management of the harbour they may—

(a)

carry on a trade or business of any kind including a trade or business carried on in conjunction with another person; or

(b)

form, invest in and promote, or join with another person in forming, investing in and promoting, a company for investing in, using or developing for any purpose land, or for carrying on any trade or business of any kind, in the harbour.
