# The Crawley College and Haywards Heath College (Dissolution) Order 2005, Article 2


On 1st August 2005 each of the corporations shall be dissolved and all of their property, rights and liabilities shall be transferred to Central Sussex College being a body corporate established for purposes which include the provision of educational facilities or services.
