# The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme (Amendment) Order 2014, Article 7: Amendments to Schedule 2 to the principal Order


In paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the principal Order, after sub-paragraph (4)(e) insert—
“(f) A local authority in England, within the meaning of section 579 of the Education Act 1996, in respect of every school maintained by the authority.”.
