  "text": "Financial Services And Markets\nMade 7th June 2011\nLaid before Parliament 8th June 2011\nComing into force 1st July 2011\nThe Treasury are a government department designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to—\n(a)credit ratings and credit rating agencies ;\n(b)credit and financial institutions and the taking of deposits or other repayable funds from the public ; and\n(c)measures relating to investment firms and to the provision of investment services .\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, make the following Regulations:",
