# Cremation Act 1902, Section 10: Saving for coroners.

Extent: E+W+S

Nothing in this Act shall interfere with the jurisdiction of any coroner under Part 1 of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009, and nothing in this Act shall authorise the burial authority or any person to create or permit a nuisance.
