  "heading": "Amendment to the Regulations as to Cremation (1930)",
  "text": "(1) Amend Regulation 14A as follows.\n(2) For paragraph (1) substitute—\n“(1) The cremation of body parts can only take place in accordance with this regulation.”.\n(3) In paragraph (2)—\n(a) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—\n“(a) by the production of a certificate in Form “DD”; or\n(aa) by production of evidence that the body parts were removed in the course of a post-mortem examination carried out on the body of the deceased;”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (b)—\n(i) after sub-paragraph (ii) insert—\n“or\n(iii) a certificate in pursuance of section 11 of the Act of 1953,”; and\n(ii) for “from whom the body parts have been removed” substitute “or stillbirth to which the body parts belonged”; and\n(c) in sub-paragraph (c) after “deceased” insert “or stillborn”.\n(4) In paragraph (3) after “death” insert “or stillbirth”.",
