Article 3 Saving provision
The amendments made by this Order to the instruments listed in paragraph (2) do not affect the operation of those instruments in relation to service by any person, before the coming into force of this Order, of the kinds mentioned in section 11(1)(ba), (bb), (bc), (bd), (bf), (c) or (d) of the Police Pensions Act 1976f1.
The instruments are—
