Article 3 Consequential amendments

Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 is amended as follows.

In Part 1, in column (4), in the entry relating to section 7 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 after “alcohol” insert “or proportion of a specified controlled drug”.

In Part 1, in column (4), in the entry relating to section 7A of the Road Traffic Act 1988 after “alcohol” insert “or proportion of a specified controlled drug”.
