  "text": "(1) Anything done by or in relation to the Director General may be continued by or in relation to the Director General regardless of which individual holds that office at any time.\n(2) Anything done by or in relation to one NCA officer (except the Director General) may be continued by or in relation to any other such NCA officer.",
