# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 56


In section 34 (powers of High Court to order disclosure or inspection of documents or property of non-party) after subsection (4) insert—
“(5) Subsections (2) and (3) apply in relation to the family court as they apply in relation to the High Court.”
