# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 40


In section 21(1) in the definition of “the appropriate court”—
(a) after “ “the appropriate court”” insert
“— ”, and
(a)
(b) for “Wales or” substitute
“Wales means the family court; and
(b) in relation to a person residing or having assets”.
