# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 56


In section 67 (sections 68 to 75 apply in relation to appointment of Lord Chief Justice or Head of Division)—
(a) in subsection (1) for “75” substitute “ 70 ”, and
(b) in subsection (2) for “96” substitute “ 94C and regulations made under it ”.
