# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 20


(1) Section 397 (customer information orders) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2), omit “property subject to”.
(3) In subsection (3)—
(a) after “confiscation investigation” insert “ , a civil recovery investigation ”, and
(b) omit paragraph (b) (and the “or” before it).
