# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 22


(1) Section 404 (account monitoring orders) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2), omit “property subject to”.
(3) In subsection (3)—
(a) after “confiscation investigation” insert “ , a civil recovery investigation ”, and
(b) omit paragraph (b) (and the “or” before it).
