  "text": "The Secretary of State may, by order, make such provision as the Secretary of State considers appropriate in consequence of, or in connection with, a provision of this Act not extending to Northern Ireland by virtue of—\n(a) paragraph 1(1), or\n(b) an order under paragraph 1(2).",
