# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 162


(1) Section 172 (orders and regulations) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) In subsection (4), omit “1(3),”.
(3) In subsection (5), omit paragraphs (a) and (b).
(4) In subsection (8), omit paragraph (a).
(5) In subsection (13), omit paragraph (a).
