# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 177


In section 5 (type of provision that may be made by orders), in subsection (7), for paragraph (b) of the definition of “a law enforcement officer”, substitute—
“(b) a National Crime Agency officer who is for the time being designated under section 9 or 10 of the Crime and Courts Act 2013;”.
