# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 37


In Article 72A of the Limitation (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (actions for recovery of property obtained through unlawful conduct etc), in paragraph (8), for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) the National Crime Agency,”.
