# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 116


In sections 10(7), 29(4) and 29A(1) of the Osteopaths Act 1993—
(a) after “may appeal” insert “ in England and Wales to the county court or in Northern Ireland ”, and
(b) before “the sheriff” insert “ to ”.
