# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 12


In section 29 of the Literary and Scientific Institutions Act 1854—
(a) omit “the judge of”,
(b) omit “of the district in which the principal building of the institution shall be situated,”, and
(c) for “he”, in each place, substitute “ it ”.
