# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 126


In section 104(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (conduct of proceedings)—
(a) for “before the registrar of a” substitute “ the ”, and
(b) after “may” insert “ , except in the county court if rules of court provide otherwise, ”.
