# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 129


In paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 4 to the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999 after “proceedings” insert “ in England and Wales in the county court or in Northern Ireland ”.
