# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 13


In section 30 of the Commons Act 1876 (jurisdiction of county court in respect of illegal inclosures)—
(a) for the words before “shall have jurisdiction” substitute “ The county court ”, and
(b) for “upon such” substitute “ upon any ”.
