# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 20


In the Crown Proceedings Act 1947—
(a) for “a county court”, in each place except section 53(3)(a), substitute “ the county court ”, and
(b) in sections 24(3) and 27(2) for “county courts” substitute “ the county court ”.
