# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 21


(1) The Registered Designs Act 1949 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 27(1)(a) (meaning of “the court”) for the words after “High” substitute “ Court, ”.
(3) Omit section 27A(4) to (6) (references to patents county court).
