# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 29


In section 51 of the Senior Courts Act 1981 (costs)—
(a) in subsection (1)(c) (costs of county court proceedings) for “any” substitute “ the ”, and
(b) in subsection (8)(b) for “a county court” substitute “ the county court ”.
