# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 58


In section 5 of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954—
(a) in subsections (2) and (3) for “county court rules” substitute “ rules of court ”, and
(b) omit subsection (4) (powers of district judge).
