# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 78


In section 5 of the Debtors Act 1869—
(a) in paragraph (a) of proviso (1) for “or his deputy” substitute “ of the court ”,
(b) for “any county court” substitute “ the county court ”, and
(c) for “other than a” substitute “ other than the ”.
