# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Paragraph 92


In section 25(1) of the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 in the definition of “the court”—
(a) for “a county” in both places substitute “ the county ”, and
(b) for “22 of this Act” substitute “ 25 of the County Courts Act 1984 ”.
