# Crime and Courts Act 2013, Section 15: Abolition of SOCA and NPIA


(1) The Serious Organised Crime Agency is abolished.
(2) The National Policing Improvement Agency is abolished.
(3) Schedule 8 (abolition of SOCA and NPIA) has effect.
