Article 2 Amendment of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Intervention Orders) Order 2006

For article 4(a) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Intervention Orders) Order 2006^f1 substitute—

“(a)

“appropriate activities” are such activities as are involved in the provision of drug misuse treatment services under the “Models of care for treatment of adult drug misusers: Update 2006” published by the National Treatment Agency for Substance Misuse in July 2006, and”.
