# The Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Intervention Orders) (Amendment) Order 2010, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Intervention Orders) Order 2006 by prescribing the appropriate activities which may be included in an Intervention Order made under section 1G of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998. The appropriate activities are activities which are involved in the provision of services under the “Models of care for treatment of adult drug misusers: Update 2006” publication which can be downloaded on the National Treatment Agency for Substance Misuse’s website (www.nta.nhs.uk) or ordered by emailing nta@prolog.uk.com or telephoning 08701 555 455 and quoting product code MOC3.
