Article 1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and application

This Order may be cited as the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Intervention Orders) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st October 2006.

In this Order “the Act” means the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.

(3)

This Order extends to England and Wales.
